Q: How do I pick the correct size mitten for my child?

A: The age guidelines are approximate and we recommend measuring your child’s hand to ensure the best fit. Measure your child’s hand from the wrist to the top of the middle finger, leaving room for comfort.

Q: Can I return mittens that I have purchased?

A: Yes, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, contact Customer Support and we will issue a full refund. Purchases made after November 1 will be eligible for no-questions-asked returns until January 31 to ensure any gift purchases are covered.

Q: What if the 30-day return window has passed but I need customer support?

If the 30-day window has passed, please reach out to Customer Support with any questions or concerns and we will happily discuss options for a return or otherwise help solve your issues. We are committed to providing quality products and do not want anyone left unhappy with their purchase.

Q: Are the mittens waterproof?

A: Yes, the outer material is 100% woven polyester with a TPU coating (thermoplastic polyurethane) that protects from snow, ice and water penetration; and there is a second, breathable, waterproof polyethylene membrane that allows the child’s hand to stay warm and comfortable for hours.
